Changing university – how to do it?
- This is possible at both undergraduate and graduate level.
- You may apply for a higher semester if you have completed at least the first semester and still hold student status.
- If you have completed at least the first semester but no longer have student rights (e.g. you were removed from the register), you may apply for reinstatement.

Smooth and easy transfer step by step
Step 1
Submit your documents
- Your transcript of records issued by your current university, including course titles, grades, form of assessment, number of hours and ECTS credits, signed by an authorised person.
- The Dean’s consent from your home university for transfer to WSB Merito University.
- A transfer application.
- Submit the documents in person or send them by post to the Admissions Office.
Step 2
Wait for the decision
The decision on your transfer is made by the dean/vice-dean:
- It specifies the semester/year of study to which you can be transferred.
- It sets out the courses you must make up and the deadline for completing them.
Step 3
Review the offer and complete your documents
- You will receive an individual offer by email.
- We may ask you to submit additional documents or provide any missing information.
- You will need to pay the fee in line with the price list.
