We are WSB Merito Universities!
- On 3 April 2023, following a high assessment of research activities carried out in 2022 within the WSB-DSW Merito Scientific Federation, the WSB Universities of Gdańsk, Toruń, Poznań and Wrocław were granted the status of WSB Merito Universities.
- In November 2023, WSB Merito in Warsaw was merged with WSB Merito University in Poznań as the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Warsaw.
New name, new opportunities!

- We are not breaking with the past, as we are still WSB and we still teach with passion and think about the future.

- Since 1994 we have been growing dynamically, adapting our educational offer to a changing world.
- That was when we held our first classes in Poznań.
- We are now present in 11 cities across Poland.

We educate PhD students
Gaining university status has given us the right to award doctoral and postdoctoral degrees in 10 academic disciplines and has enabled us to expand our offer.

Modern learning methods
- Program Advisory Boards consisting of company representatives work on degree programs, allowing us to continuously adjust curricula to meet market needs.
- We conduct classes in modern laboratories using software such as SAP, AutoCAD, and MS Visual Studio.
- Exam sessions are held on a continuous basis.
- Our students carry out group projects, business simulations, and initiatives that develop social competencies.
University without barriers
- We are implementing a range of solutions supporting students with disabilities.
- These include, for example, automatic door openers in student service offices, Braille signs outside classrooms, lifts, ramps and mobile access rails.
- Lecture theatres can be equipped with sound systems for students with hearing impairments, and libraries offer adapted workstations.
Social responsibility of the university
- Our university staff, in cooperation with researchers from other centres and as part of the WSB–DSW Merito Scientific Federation, conduct research in the social sciences, humanities and medical sciences.
- The results are published in national and international journals and used in projects for socio-economic institutions.
- The research is interdisciplinary and comprehensive.
