Senate
The Senate consists of 6 members. It considers matters and takes actions in the area of:
- issues related to the university’s strategy,
- issues related to the university’s internal regulations,
- issues related to the organisation of teaching and research activities at the university,
- personnel matters,
- issues related to the university’s finances and assets,
- entities dependent on the university.
Academic council
The Academic Council is composed of the Senior Rector as Chair, the discipline coordinator, and representatives of academic staff and students.
The main tasks of the Academic Council include:
- giving opinions on appointments to key functions and positions,
- giving opinions on key documents for the university’s scientific development, including study regulations, internship rules, and doctoral and postdoctoral scholarship regulations,
- giving opinions on learning outcomes for study programmes.
Board
The Management Board is composed of the Vice-Chancellors and the Director of the Teaching and Product Development Department of CRSW Merito sp. z o.o. The Board considers matters and takes actions within the scope defined in the Statute, in agreement with the Rector. The Board decides on the future of the university and makes decisions on management, business, financial, and HR matters.
Student Government
Student government is an organisation led by students. It represents them before the university authorities, submits student-focused projects and proposals for changes to student regulations, and organises events, exhibitions, and meetings.
Participation in student government is a great opportunity to gain teamwork experience during studies and to develop mentoring and organisational skills.
