She coordinates the team responsible for developing the psychology programme at WSB Merito University and for obtaining a B+ category, which enables awarding PhD and postdoctoral degrees to graduates.

She has completed numerous research internships at the University of Warwick and Nottingham Trent University in the UK, and at Dominican University Chicago in the USA.

dr Paweł Kufel

He holds a PhD in economics and is a graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.

He has been associated with WSB Merito University in Toruń since 2006 and, since 2019, has cooperated with the WSB-DSW Merito Scientific Federation, conducting analyses related to research evaluation.

He has served as the rector’s plenipotentiary for conferences and for research development, and has also worked in the Secretariat of the Institute for the Development of Scientific Research (IRBN).

He is academically involved in dynamic econometrics, model averaging and other quantitative issues using gretl software.
Violetta Bartoszuk

She has been associated with WSB Merito University in Bydgoszcz since 2006 and has held the position of Vice-Chancellor since 2021.

She has practical experience in finance and human resources.

She previously worked as bursar and finance director.

She is a graduate of Economics at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and of the MBA studies at WSB Merito University in Bydgoszcz.
Senate
The Senate consists of 6 members. It considers matters and takes actions in the area of:
- issues related to the university’s strategy,
- issues related to the university’s internal regulations,
- issues related to the organisation of teaching and research activities at the university,
- personnel matters,
- issues related to the university’s finances and assets,
- entities dependent on the university.
Academic council
The Academic Council is composed of the Senior Rector as Chair, the discipline coordinator, and representatives of academic staff and students.
The main tasks of the Academic Council include:
- giving opinions on appointments to key functions and positions,
- giving opinions on key documents for the university’s scientific development, including study regulations, internship rules, and doctoral and postdoctoral scholarship regulations,
- giving opinions on learning outcomes for study programmes.
Board
The Management Board is composed of the Vice-Chancellors and the Director of the Teaching and Product Development Department of CRSW Merito sp. z o.o. The Board considers matters and takes actions within the scope defined in the Statute, in agreement with the Rector. The Board decides on the future of the university and makes decisions on management, business, financial, and HR matters.
Student Government
Student government is an organisation led by students. It represents them before the university authorities, submits student-focused projects and proposals for changes to student regulations, and organises events, exhibitions, and meetings.
Participation in student government is a great opportunity to gain teamwork experience during studies and to develop mentoring and organisational skills.
WSB Merito University is a space where everyone has the chance to discover their talents and passions in an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding. dr Magdalena Kucińska-Głogowska

She holds a PhD in social sciences in the field of pedagogy. She began her cooperation with WSB Merito University in Bydgoszcz in 2022, conducting teaching classes.

She is interested in general pedagogy, andragogy, as well as the quality of education and educational policy.

She is professionally involved in the education of both school-age students and adults. She served as a school principal for 12 years.

She holds a master’s degree in care and educational pedagogy and completed postgraduate studies in managing educational institutions. She defended her PhD in social sciences in 2016.
dr Piotr Sieńko

He holds a PhD in the humanities in literary studies and has been affiliated with WSB Merito University in Bydgoszcz since 2023.

His research interests focus on feminist criticism, and he mainly analyses texts by contemporary Polish women artists.

He publishes in interdisciplinary journals and has participated in around 30 academic conferences, including international ones.

He is a graduate of seven degree programmes, including physical education, Polish philology, and journalism and social communication. He has also completed postgraduate studies in gender studies.
dr Aldona Lipka

She holds a PhD in social sciences in management and quality. She has been with WSB Merito University in Toruń since 2015 and has served as Vice-Dean at WSB Merito University in Bydgoszcz since 2024.

She is a marketing specialist, trainer in marketing, branding and market research, as well as a court expert at the District Court in Toruń and an expert of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

She is a graduate of management and law and administration at the University of Warsaw, completed postgraduate studies in andragogy and intellectual property law, and defended her PhD in 2020.
