WSB Merito University in Toruń was the first higher education institution in the region to develop and implement a Quality Management System compliant with the ISO 9001 standard. The audit covered, among other aspects, teaching standards, measurement of learning outcomes, standards for e-services and e-courses, rules governing the functioning of the Programme Council, academic staff recruitment, scientific development, and student internships.
