"Liderzy dla Liderów" - Mentorship Program | WSB Merito Warsaw University: Dorota Korecka, Bank Pekao SA

Participating in the “Leaders for Leaders” program was a unique experience that allowed me to view my own career path from a new perspective. Mentoring enables me to share practical insights while also learning from others — their perspectives, questions, and challenges.

"Liderzy dla Liderów" - Mentorship Program | WSB Merito Warsaw University: Mateusz Blumenfeld

The “Leaders for Leaders” program gave me the chance to witness something that’s hard to describe – how a mentee gradually gains confidence and opens up with each meeting. It’s incredibly rewarding to observe this process. The mentor’s role is not only about sharing experience but also about responsibility, because the mentee sees you as an authority and relies on your support. For me, it was a lesson in growth – how to listen more carefully, how to inspire, and how to be truly present.

"Liderzy dla Liderów" - Mentorship Program | WSB Merito Warsaw University: Agnieszka Dąbrowska, Paragon

Participating in the mentoring program was like a laboratory of growth for me. By teaching others, you discover your own thought patterns and face questions you haven’t sought answers to in a long time. It’s like a mirror that reflects your strengths and areas for further development. The program made me realize how important it is to ask the right questions. It’s precisely through these questions that Mentees can uncover their potential and develop their own solutions.
