We handle all matters related to your studies and provide support in administrative issues as well. Each degree programme has its own advisor whom you can contact with any questions or problems. - You will submit an application for the Rector’s scholarship
- You will submit an application concerning your course of study
- You will handle all matters related to the course of your studies

It’s possible! Most applications to the university authorities, for example for an extension of the exam session or for an individual course of study, can be found in the Extranet!
You can submit a request electronically concerning
- change of thesis supervisor
- change of group
- change of specialization
- repeating a year
- conditional enrollment for the next year
- leave of absence from classes
- certificate of study (student status)

We are here for you from Monday to Sunday. If you want to come in person, be sure to check the opening hours for that day. You can also describe your case in an email or call us
At our University, a queuing system is in place, so you do not have to wait in line – you simply book a time that is convenient for you.
You can book and collect a ticket in three ways:
- via the online booking system – go to the website
- download the QMS.EVERYWHERE app
- via the self‑service ticket machine located in the building by the main entrance next to the reception desk
