Extranet 24/7

An intuitive portal that keeps you constantly connected with the university. There you will find class schedules, grades, news and payment information.

  1. Go to the MeritoGo page in Polish or English:
    • MeritoGo EN
  2. Use the username sent to you by e‑mail after you started your studies.
  3. Enter the password you set when logging in for the first time.

If you continue your education in second‑cycle studies, your username and login method remain the same.

Moodle

On the Moodle e‑learning platform we post materials that are essential for your classes, as well as additional resources to further develop your skills. Since you have uninterrupted access, it helps you gain knowledge and build competences wherever you are.
 

Login

Log in to the Extranet and click “Moodle” in the top menu to be redirected to the platform. While logged in to the Extranet, you can also go to Moodle via the website.

Microsoft 365

Every student receives a free A3 licence including the apps: Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Sway and Forms.

Login

  1. Go to the Office 365 portal.
  2. Click “Sign in”.
  3. Enter your login in the format: [email protected]

(You can find your login in the Extranet: My profile → My data → MS365 login).

  1. Log in using your WSB Merito University Extranet credentials.

Note:
Logging in to all Office apps (including Teams) and the Office 365 portal requires a university MS365 account. If you have any problems or questions about installation, please contact: [email protected]

Student ID pickup:

  • Student IDs can be collected at the Student’s Office. To collect your ID, you must present a photo ID.
  • You can submit a student ID application via the form in the Extranet under: Student’s Office → Student affairs.

ID renewal for graduates:

  • Information on renewing IDs for our university’s graduates will be provided in the Student’s Office tab in the Extranet.

mLegitymacja – Electronic Student ID:

  • The electronic version of the student ID is available in the mObywatel app.
  • The activation guide is available in the Extranet under My profile → mLegitymacja (a plastic student ID is required).

Replace your traditional ID with an electronic one and keep it always at hand!

From 1 October 2025, you can request a paper certificate confirming your student status at the Dean’s Office, or download an e‑certificate in the Extranet under: My profile → My applications and My profile → e‑certificate.

Weekend schedule

  • Classes in higher education programmes start in October.
  • After logging in to the Extranet, in the Organisation of the academic year → Academic year schedule tab you will find detailed information on class and exam dates.
  • The class timetable becomes visible 7 days before classes begin.

Group allocation

In the timetable you will see which group you have been assigned to. In exceptional cases it is possible to change groups – to do so, please contact the Dean’s Office.

You can find your timetable one week before classes start in the Extranet under Class timetable → My timetable.

  • If you pay the tuition yourself, download the form → Invoice request – student.
  • If your tuition is paid by your employer, download the form → Invoice request – company.

Do ubezpieczenia zdrowotnego może zostać zgłoszony Student, który:
 

  • ukończył 26 lat i nie podlega obowiązkowi ubezpieczenia zdrowotnego z innego tytułu,
  • nie ukończył 26 lat, a żaden z członków rodziny (rodzice, dziadkowie, małżonek) nie podlega obowiązkowi ubezpieczenia zdrowotnego

Ważne informacje o ubezpieczeniu dla Cudzoziemców!
 

Ubezpieczenie zdrowotne lub potwierdzenie pokrycia przez ubezpieczyciela kosztów leczenia wymagane jest nie tylko podczas wjazdu i ubiegania się o zezwolenie na pobyt czasowy, lecz także w czasie całego pobytu cudzoziemca w Polsce.

Jeżeli nie posiadasz obywatelstwa państwa członkowskiego krajów UE/EFTA, ani prawa legalnego zamieszkiwania na terytorium innego niż RP państwa UE/EFTA, ani nie podlegasz obowiązkowemu ubezpieczeniu zdrowotnemu na terenie RP lub w innym państwie członkowskim UE/EFTA (np. obowiązkowe ubezpieczenie dla osoby zatrudnionej, prawo do zgłoszenia jako członek rodziny ubezpieczonego, itp.), możesz ubezpieczyć się dobrowolnie samodzielnie np. w Narodowym Funduszu Zdrowotnym (NFZ). Będziesz potrzebować zaświadczenia o statusie studenta, które otrzymasz w dziekanacie.

At WSB Merito University in Warsaw, we use a modern queue management system that allows you to avoid long waiting times. All you need to do is book a convenient appointment in one of our departments: Admissions Office, Dean’s Office, Student Finance Service Department, Careers and Internships Office, International Cooperation Department, Postgraduate and Training Studies Department, or MBA Office. Choosing a date is simple – book your ticket in one of three ways:

  1. Through the online booking system at: bezkolejki.eu/merito-warszawa
  2. Using the QMS.EVERYWHERE application
  3. At the ticket machine located at the main entrance
     

Additionally, the QMS system allows you to schedule online consultations with Dean’s Office staff.

At WSB Merito University in Warsaw, each study programme has its own dedicated student supervisor – a lecturer who will support you throughout your entire studies. This is the person you can turn to for organizational matters, choosing your specialization, planning your development path, or getting involved in university life.
The programme supervisor is your first point of contact when you need clarification, want to make a decision, or simply wish to talk about your studies.

Each student receives an individual personal bank account number to which tuition fees must be paid. The bank account number, payment deadlines, and the amount of tuition can be found in the Extranet: My profile → Payments and deposits.
 

Make your first payment by 30/09/2025. The payment date is considered to be the day it is credited to the university’s account.

For full-time (weekdays) studies:

  • Classes are held on weekdays – usually 3 or 4 days a week.
  • Lectures are conducted online, while classes take place in classrooms. On one day, classes are held only on site, and on another day only online, using distance learning methods and techniques.
  • You meet your lecturer and your groupmates in the lecture rooms.
  • All exam session exams take place on site in the classroom.

 

For part-time (weekend) studies: 

  • Classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays, on average every other week.
  • Lectures are conducted online, while classes take place in classrooms. On one day, classes are held only on site, and on another day only online, using distance learning methods and techniques.
  • You meet your lecturer and your groupmates in the lecture rooms.
  • All exam session exams take place on site in the classroom.


For asynchronous online studies:

  • You study from any place in the world, at a time of your choice (asynchronously). You gain new knowledge and skills thanks to materials posted on the Moodle platform, which provides 24/7 access to lectures, educational materials, and exercises prepared by a team of lecturer-practitioners.
  • Two or three times per semester you meet your colleagues for classes held on campus; attendance at these classes is compulsory.
  • Assessments and exams take place on specified dates (they may be held at the university or on the Moodle platform).
  • All end-of-semester exams are held on site in the WSB Merito University building; attendance at the exams is compulsory.

As of 1 April 2025, WSB Merito University in Warsaw has two campuses located at:

  • 25 Łabiszyńska Street – in the Targówek district,
  • 50 Domaniewska Street – in the Mokotów district.

Both locations are very well connected, with nearby public transport stops, metro lines, express routes, and suburban rail.
