About MeritoGo

MeritoGo is a Web-based student information system that we have created to make your communication with our University as fast and trouble-free as possible. No matter where you are – seated in your living room, sipping coffee in a nearby café, or trekking across another continent – you can easily access your student records and get important news from us. All you need is a computer, tablet or smartphone with Internet connectivity.

I cannot log in to MeritoGO

If you are experiencing problems logging in to the new university portal MeritoGO, please visit komunikat.merito.pl, where you will find all the necessary instructions and guidance.

I cannot see my payments / my overpayment is incorrect / I have outstanding fees / an incorrect balance is displayed

Payments made in January are temporarily not visible in the MeritoGO portal. This does not mean that they are missing from our records. We kindly ask for your patience — the payments will soon be visible in the MeritoGO portal.

I do not see changes in my payments after submitting an application

Changes in payments resulting from a submitted application have already been entered into our systems and recorded by us. They will also be visible in the MeritoGO portal shortly.

If I do not see my payment in the MeritoGO portal, will interest be charged in January?

No interest will be charged in January.

I cannot see the bank account number

Please click the button “Download payment details”, then select “show all.”

I cannot see my schedule / My profile is almost empty – no data is displayed

Do you study more than one programme or have you studied at our university before?

Please try switching the view of your profile data and check your schedule there. Instructions on how to do this can be found in the PDF file:

How can I download the MeritoGO app?

The application is not yet available in app stores. It can be downloaded only via the MeritoGO portal. Instructions on how to install the application are available here:

I cannot log in to Moodle

If you are logged in to the MeritoGO portal, please access Moodle via the icon in the top-left corner.

I cannot see the completion of my internship / I do not see the correct number of completed internship hours

Where can I find my mLegitymacja?

The mLegitymacja is also available in the mObywatel application.
