Changing university – how to do it?
It is possible, both for first-cycle (bachelor’s) and second-cycle (master’s) studies. Remember that you can apply for admission to a higher semester if you have successfully completed at least the first semester of studies and hold student status.
If you have successfully completed at least the first semester of studies but do not hold student status (for example, you were removed from the student list), you can apply for resumption of studies. See below to find out how to do this.

Submit your documents
- application
- original document confirming your previous course of study, including in particular a list of completed subjects with the number of hours, form of credit, grades obtained, ECTS points, and confirmation of completion of the given year of study;
course syllabi (applies to students from outside WSB Merito University in Warsaw). An academic course syllabus is a separate, detailed description of a given subject. It is a document completed by the lecturer before the start of the academic year, presenting the characteristics of the course.

Wait for the decision
The decision regarding the transfer is made by the Dean/Vice-Dean:
- They determine the semester/year of study to which the student may be transferred.
- They specify the courses that the student is required to make up and set the deadline for passing them.
Look through the study offer and fill in the documents
- You will receive an individual offer to your email address.
- You may be asked to provide additional documents or complete any missing information.
- Payment of the fee in accordance with the price list.
Acceptance
If your application is approved, the Admission Office will inform you of the University Authorities’ decision and outline the next steps in the procedure.
