Changing universities – how to do it?
It is possible, both for Bachelor's and Master's studies.
Remember, you can apply for admission to a higher semester if you have completed at least the first semester and have student rights.
If you have completed at least the first semester, but do not have student rights (for example, if you were removed from the student list), you can apply to resume your studies. Check how to do it.

Efficient and easy transfer step by step
Submit your documents
- Attach to your application a transcript of records confirmed by your previous university, containing information about the courses you have completed (including the number of class hours, types of classes, forms of assessment, ECTS credits) and the periods of study. The transcript of records, arranged by semester, must bear the original seal of the university you are transferring from, along with the signature of its staff member. It should also include information on how many semesters/years of study you have completed.
- You can also send the documents by traditional post or courier to the following address: 5/7 Brzozowa Street, 93-101 Łódź.
Wait for the decision
During this time, the Dean will review your application and make a decision regarding the transfer. You will receive an individual offer specifying the semester or year of study to which you can be transferred, along with the subjects you need to make up and the deadline for completing them.
Positive decision
After a positive decision from the Dean, the Admissions Office will contact you to submit the complete set of enrolment documents. Once you receive approval for the transfer, you will pay tuition fees in accordance with the payment regulations applicable to your year of study.
