- your grades for the entire period of study,
- office hours and consultation times,
- the schedule of sessions and your class timetable,
- the library catalogue,

- university regulations and rules.
Support at every stage of your studies
The Student Services Office handles all administrative matters related to your studies and operates a queue management system.
You can book an appointment via the online booking system on the university website or using the ticket machines located in Building C (opposite the auditorium entrance) and next to the Admissions Office.
What can you do at the Student Services Office?
- extend the validity of your student ID card,
- obtain a certificate confirming your student status,
- submit an application for the Rector’s scholarship for top students,
- submit requests concerning your course of study,
- handle all other matters related to your study progress.

Are you at home and want to submit an application
It is possible! Most applications to the university authorities, for example to extend the exam session or request an individual study schedule, are available in MeritoGo under “forms to download”
You can submit a request electronically regarding:
- confirmation of payments made,
- a certificate issued after your thesis defence,
- an English copy of your diploma,
- reallocation of a payment,
- change of specialisation,
- a duplicate student ID card.

We are here for you from Monday to Sunday (except Thursday).
If you are planning a visit in person, make sure to check the opening hours for that day.

You can collect your student ID card or extend its validity throughout the academic year at the Student Services Office during its opening hours. Additionally, at the beginning of each semester, extra validation points are opened, so it is worth regularly checking the information available in MeritoGo.
No, the planning and organisation of classes is handled by the unit responsible for timetabling.
Information about your current settlements and payments can be found in MeritoGo after logging into your account, under the “my profile” – “payments and transfers” tab.
You can do this via e-payments in the “my profile” – “payments and transfers” tab in MeritoGo, or by making a traditional bank transfer to the “tuition” account (the account number is also shown in this tab).
Yes, you can find all the essential information about studying in the Study Guide and in the study regulations, which are available in MeritoGo under “zarządzenia / regulaminy / procedury / przewodniki” → “regulaminy”.
You can download a certificate of student status yourself from MeritoGo. Simply log in to your profile, go to the “my profile” tab and select the “e-certificates” option.
All application forms are available in MeritoGo under the “forms to download” tab. You can submit all applications by e‑mail, except for scholarship applications and changes to your tuition fee declaration; using these forms, you can apply for a certificate of graduation, change of specialisation, duplicate student ID card, diploma copy in a foreign language, reallocation of a payment, or a confirmation of payments made.
You can find suggestions for companies where you can do your work placement at the Careers Office.
All regulations and rules for completing your work placement can be found in MeritoGo, in the main menu under the “student placements” tab. You can also obtain additional information from your placement supervisor, whom you will meet in the semester when completing a work placement becomes compulsory.
