The WSB-DSW Merito Scientific Federation oversees scientific career development and organizes seminars and doctoral colleges.

As a modern institution joining several private universities, it supports research projects, scholarly development, and awards doctoral and habilitation degrees in ten disciplines. International and interdisciplinary collaboration allows researchers to advance their skills and drive scientific progress in Poland.

  • social and psychological aspects of psychiatric disorders, including predictive and organizational models in mental health care,
  • population mental health, interventional studies, and psychotherapy for interpersonal trauma.

  • preschool, early childhood, and school education, sociolinguistics, and bilingualism,
  • volunteering, informal care, and social support,
  • developmental problems of children and youth, as well as resocialization and social exclusion,
  • coaching, tutoring, teacher professional development, and adult education (andragogy) and research methodology in education.

  • analysis of migration processes and their impact on society,
