How to become a WSB Merito University student

You can enroll in a first degree (e.g. Bachelor’s or Engineer’s) program if you have successfully completed your secondary education and have a secondary school-leaving certificate.  

 

To be eligible for a second degree (Master’s) program, you must have completed a prior higher education program concluded with the award of a first degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent).  

Register online

Applicants are admitted on a first-come first-served basis. If you are to complete your secondary education this year, or you are studying for your first degree but have not yet earned it, you can secure a place with us by signing up online. Your educational service contract can be drawn up later as you have collected all of the required documents.

At our university, we know life doesn’t always follow academic calendars. That’s why we offer year-round recruitment to fit your timeline.

  • You can apply anytime, whether you’re ready to start now or planning ahead.
  • Choose courses beginning in October or March, this term or next year.
  • No rush - secure your spot even if paperwork isn’t ready for the nearest intake.
  • Apply early to reserve your place and prepare comfortably for your studies.

5-Step Application Process

Step 1

Explore our offer and choose the studies that suit you

Choose the program of your preference, go to the online enrolment section and set up an Applicant's Account 

(the English version is available by clicking on the UK flag in the upper right corner). 

 

Once you are registered, you may continue to apply online by signing in.

 

Make sure you choose a field and form of study most suitable for you. We have indicated the courses available in English with the British flag. 

Remember that you can get a visa only if you are a full-time student.

 

If you want to amend your study enrollment form, do not fill out the form again. You can do it through your Appilicant's Account.

Step 2

Create an Applicant's Account

Create an Applicant's Account where you will find all the necessary directions on successfully completing the recruitment process for your chosen field of study.

 

If you are one of our students and/or alumni, you can skip the process of setting up the account and use your MeritoGo login and password. Some of the form fields will be completed automatically with previously provided data from the system.

Step 3

Complete the admission process

After creating your account and completing the recruitment form, you have 7 days to complete, submit, and sign the required documents. With your Applicant's Account, you can do all of this online - without leaving your home.

Step 4

Make the payment

After we verify that all required documents have been submitted, we will inform you about your admission status. If any documents are missing, you will be notified immediately.

 

Both admission and enrollment fees can be paid online through your candidate account under the PAY section or via traditional bank transfer (you can request the bank details with international transfers information).

Step 5

Congratulations! You are a WSB Merito University student!

According to your agreement few days before the 1st day of classes you will be able to sign Student Pledge and you will be moved to the student system.


You can now:

  • log into MeritoGo
  • look up the schedule for your first classes
  • find out when the inauguration ceremony will be held
  • explore the Students tab to check the details of how things are done when you are a WSB Merito University student, and to see what student organizations you will be able to join.
