Student organisations and research clubs

The work of the Student Research Club involves exploring modern solutions and challenges in the field of insurance and broadly understood finance. Students choose a topic within this scope to analyze and prepare papers, which they present at national academic conferences. 

The Club cooperates with research groups from other universities, the student government, and institutions within the insurance market. Graduates and active members of the club often receive job offers in the insurance industry even during their studies.

The club has over 100 members – psychology students. It includes several sections, such as the clinical psychology, psychometrics, mental health, and well-being sections. 

Students combine theory with practice, gaining valuable academic and professional experience. They participate in meetings with practicing psychologists, collaborate with institutions and companies on psychoeducational and development initiatives, and carry out their own research projects. The club also supports students in consciously managing their professional career paths.

The research club has been active since 2012. Its goal is to deepen knowledge and skills in the field of accounting and corporate finance. 

Members, among other activities, meet with professionals (accountants, accounting office owners, certified auditors, tax advisors, etc.)—both online and in person. They write their own articles, participate in academic conferences across Poland, and take part in knowledge competitions and study visits.

This is an active student group focused on developing knowledge and skills in management, entrepreneurship, and business relations. Members conduct academic research among students (e.g. on well-being) and explore the business world (for example through study visits). 

Active involvement in the club is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in academic research and project work, develop soft skills such as communication and teamwork, and enter the job market more easily.
