Changing universities – how to do it?
It is possible, both for Bachelor's and Master's studies.
Remember, you can apply for admission to a higher semester if you have completed at least the first semester and have student rights.
If you have completed at least the first semester, but do not have student rights (for example, if you were removed from the student list), you can apply to resume your studies. Check how to do it.

Efficient and easy transfer step by step
Step 1
Submit your documents
- a grade transcript issued by your previous university;
- a certificate of completed studies including the period of study (exact dates), level of education, field of study, education profile, study mode, and the number of semesters/years completed;
- syllabuses of completed courses;
consent from the dean of your home university for the transfer.
Submit the documents in person or send them by post to:

Step 2
Wait for the decision
The decision on the transfer is made by the dean:
- determines the semester/year of studies to which the student may be transferred,
- specifies the subjects the student is required to complete and sets the deadline for passing them.
Step 3
Get acquainted with the offer and complete the documents
- you will receive an individual offer by email;
- we may ask you to provide additional documents or complete any missing information;
- at this stage, make the payment according to the price list.

Approval of the application
- In case of a positive review of your application, the Admission Office will inform you about the university’s decision and outline the next steps in the process.
