Application procedure for incoming students
Nominations
If you wish to study at WSB Merito University in Wrocław as an ERASMUS+ incoming student, please make sure you are officially nominated by your home Erasmus+ Coordinator.
Nominations should be send to [email protected]
- 30th May – for autumn semester
- 15th November – for spring semester
The nominations should include the following data: name of the host institution, student`s name and surname, the field of study, mobility period and student’s email address.
Application documents
- Learning Agreement for Studies (LA)
- Copy of ID or a passport
- Copy of health insurance
- Photo for student ID (electronic version) - jpg
When we accept you as our student, we will send Welcome letter with all details. After that, we will need your Learning Agreement. You can create one on EWP Dashboard or send us stamped and signed traditionally by you and your home Erasmus+ Coordinator. Scans are accepted.

Extra possibilities for incoming students
Erasmus+ students at WSB Merito University can join activities organized by the Centre for International Cooperation. We’ll help you settle in Poland, adapt to life in Wroclaw, and connect with others. Our goal is to build an open, inclusive community through support, events, and intercultural experiences. We look forward to meeting you!

- How to register with a primary care physician
- How to make a doctor’s appointment
- How to get the URBANCARD (city transport ticket)
- How to plan a great weekend in Poland.
We can assist you in:
- Applying for National Health Insurance (NFZ)
- Applying for the residence permit
- Applying for the PESEL number (polish registration numer).
Adaptation Days for incoming students
At the start of each semester, we hold Adaptation Days to help new students integrate and get to know the University. You’ll learn about campus facilities, schedules, the Dean’s office, and the grading system. We also organize dinners, workshops, events, and trips to help you explore Poland and connect with others.
