President of the Federation

A single-person body of the Federation – the head of the Federation and its representative. Implements the scientific policy and is responsible for the proper functioning of the Federation.

The first elected president of the Research Federation of WSB-DSW Merito Universities is professor Marcin Kalinowski – long-standing dean of the Faculty of Finance and Management of the WSB University in Gdańsk, practitioner of economic life, doctor habilitatus of economic science, specialised in finance.

Assembly of the Federation

A strategic and supervisory body of the Research Federation of WSB & DSW Universities. Makes financial and marketing decisions and supervises the functioning of the Federation.

College of Rectors

An advisory body of the Federation comprised of the rectors of all member universities of the Federation. Its tasks include submitting opinions on scientific issues concerning the scientific policy and strategy of the Federation or the appointment of scientific discipline boards.

Scientific discipline boards

Scientific discipline boards set the directions of the development of scientific disciplines, and in the future will be responsible for conferring scientific degrees in doctoral schools established at the level of the Federation.

Deputy President

Coordinates the activites within his scientific disciplines and prepares its development strategies. Organises regular meetings of research employees and provides advice necessary for scientific development.

Director of Office of the Federation

Organises the work of the Office and monitors administrative matters.

Paweł Rudnicki, Assoc. Prof., DSW University Professor

Director of the Department of Academic Education

Responsible for managing teaching processes and developing academic programs. His duties include coordinating the creation and updating of curricula, ensuring high-quality education, and collaborating with other departments and institutions to enhance the educational offer.

Martyna Wesserling, MD, PhD

Director of the Research and Commercialization Center

Coordinates activities related to initiating business cooperation with socio-economic entities and works towards the development of innovative projects.

Maria Sikorska-Gąsior
Head of the Department for Academic Promotions

Coordinates the administrative and legal aspects of the academic promotion procedures and organizes the work of the Scientific Discipline Councils.

Agnieszka Kwaśniewska-Kałaska, EngD
Head of the Department for Scientific Publication Support

Coordinates the Federation's activities under the first criterion of the evaluation of scientific activity quality and supports researchers in the field of publications.

Ewa Krefft-Bladoszewska
Publishing Coordinator

Responsible for publishing processes within the Research Federation of WSB-DSW Merito Universities. Supports the activities of academic journals managed by the Federation’s member institutions. Also holds the position of Director of the Academic Publishing House of the DSW University of Lower Silesia in Wrocław.

Patrycja Rudkowska
Specialist at the Federation Office

Organizes the recruitment process and classes for the "Doctoral Seminar" training. She supports processes related to academic education and promotion procedures. She oversees administrative matters within the Federation.

Alicja Ozga, MA
Specialist for Scientific Projects and External Collaboration

She is responsible for the third criterion of the evaluation of scientific activity quality and supports researchers in acquiring and managing grants.

Sandra Niewiarowska
Administrative Assistant

Manages the day-to-day affairs of the office and administrative tasks. She ensures the proper circulation of documents within the Federation's office.
