President of the Federation
A single-person body of the Federation – the head of the Federation and its representative. Implements the scientific policy and is responsible for the proper functioning of the Federation.
The first elected president of the Research Federation of WSB & DSW Universities is professor Marcin Kalinowski – long-standing dean of the Faculty of Finance and Management of the WSB University in Gdańsk, practitioner of economic life, doctor habilitatus of economic science, specialised in finance.
Assembly of the Federation
A strategic and supervisory body of the Research Federation of WSB & DSW Universities. Makes financial and marketing decisions and supervises the functioning of the Federation.

College of Rectors
An advisory body of the Federation comprised of the rectors of all member universities of the Federation. Its tasks include submitting opinions on scientific issues concerning the scientific policy and strategy of the Federation or the appointment of scientific discipline boards.

Scientific discipline boards
Scientific discipline boards set the directions of the development of scientific disciplines, and in the future will be responsible for conferring scientific degrees in doctoral schools established at the level of the Federation.
There are three scientific discipline boards within the Federation:

- Scientific Discipline Board for Management and Quality Science - Chairman: prof. dr hab. Bogdan Nogalski
- Scientific Discipline Board for Pedagogy - Chairman: dr hab. Ewa Kurantowicz, DSW professor
- Scientific Discipline Board for Communication and media studies - Chairman: dr hab. Beata Borowicz-Sierocka, DSW professor

Organises the work of the Office and monitors administrative matters.
Aleksandra Koska
Manager for scientific publications
Coordinates the activites of the Federation concerning the first criterion of evaluation of the quality of scientific activity and supports the publishing efforts of research employees.
Małgorzata Urbaniak
Specialist in research projects and commercialization
She is responsible for the coordination of the activities within the Federation under criteria two and three of the quality of academic activities evaluation. He provides the researchers with support in the realm of research grants, the commercialization of academic research as well as the social impact of science.
