New offer of intensive international education programs at WSB Merito University in Wrocław

Leader in Crisis Situations – three new Intensive International Education Programs (IMPK) at WSB Merito University in Wrocław for international students’, No. BPI/SPI/2024/1/00006, is funded by European funds under the European Social Development Fund 2021–2027 (FERS) as part of the NAWA Project ‘Support for the Creation and Implementation of International Education Programs’, No. FERS.01.05-IP.08-0436/23.
IMPK – Leadership in Crisis Situations
IMPK is an intensive international education programme designed for students from partner universities abroad and WSB Merito University.
This unique event combines practical workshops and expert-led sessions to help you develop skills essential for managing crises.
Participation is free of charge, and classes are conducted on-site in English (B2 level required).
Upon completion, you will receive an internationally recognized micro-credential certificate.
Seats are limited – only 20 participants per edition!
Programme modules:
- Stress Management – Learn effective techniques to manage stress and build resilience.
- Crisis Negotiations – Master negotiation strategies for high-pressure situations.
- Response to Attacks on Life and Health – Acquire practical knowledge of emergency response protocols.

- Location: WSB Merito University Wrocław/Opole
- Target group: Bachelor’s, Master’s, and integrated Master’s students from foreign universities.
- Date: The IMPK modules will take place in March, April, and May. Detailed dates will be announced closer to the start of recruitment.
STRESS MANAGEMENT
Stress Management is an intensive international education module designed to provide practical skills and knowledge for managing stress in high-pressure environments. This inspiring and hands-on experience will take place in an international setting, guided by experienced professionals.

Registration for Stress Management
Registration for the IMPK – Stress Management Programme is now closed.

The programme will take place on 09.03.2026 – 13.03.2026 as part of the SPINAKER project.
Requirements
- Target group: Bachelor’s, Master’s, and integrated Master’s students from foreign universities.
- Language: English, minimum B2 level.
- Application: Complete the online registration form by the deadline. Details and the link will be provided soon.
- Additional step: Create an account in the NAWA system after qualification (instructions will be sent by email).
- Selection criteria (among others): English proficiency at B2 level or higher and student status maintained throughout the entire period of project support.
- Commitment: Minimum 80% attendance, successful completion of the final assessment, and completion of both the pre-test and post-test.
- Financial support: Available only for participants meeting mobility criteria (traveling from abroad).
CRISIS NEGOTIATIONS
Crisis Negotiations is an intensive international education module designed to develop essential skills for managing negotiations in high-pressure and crisis situations. This practical and engaging experience will take place in an international setting, guided by experienced professionals.

This programme is part of the SPINAKER project and is dedicated to international students interested in developing practical skills in crisis negotiations and communication in high‑pressure situations. Participation is free of charge.
Course dates: 13.04.-17.04.2026
Who can apply?
Bachelor’s and Master’s students from foreign universities with English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Application deadline: 17.03.2026, 14:00 (Polish time).
