The mentoring system supporting research

The mentor helps the academic teacher create development plans, monitor their implementation, and evaluate progress.
Every teacher without the title of professor or the degree of habilitated doctor who wishes to conduct research at the University prepares – in cooperation with the mentor – an individual scientific development plan.
