Documents Required for Admission

To apply for Bachelor’s, Engineering, or Master’s degree programs, candidates must prepare a complete set of documents in electronic form in accordance with the requirements of the university’s online application platform. All documents must be scanned in PDF format, in good quality, without unnecessary objects, cropped pages, or any additional elements visible in the photos or scans.

The photo must meet passport standards (front-facing, size 34-45 mm, white background).

For Bachelor’s degree programs: a high school certificate or equivalent, legalized or with an Apostille, along with a transcript.

 

The legalization requirements may vary depending on the country where the document was issued. In some cases, an apostille is required, while in others, consular legalization may be necessary. Click here to check whether your country is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention.

For Master’s degree programs: Bachelor’s diploma or equivalent, also legalized or with an Apostille, along with a transcript.

An internationally recognized language certificate at a minimum B2 level is required. Language proficiency can only be confirmed by officially recognized certificates listed in the regulation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Poland.   • The diploma/certificate and transcript (with Apostille/legalization) must be translated into Polish by a sworn translator from the Ministry-approved list.
  • The document confirming language proficiency at a minimum B2 level must also be translated into Polish by a sworn translator from the Ministry-approved list.

A written confirmation issued by NAWA (Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange) confirming eligibility to apply for higher education studies in Poland.

The entrance knowledge examination

To whom it applies

The entrance exam applies to candidates whose secondary school certificates require NAWA confirmation.

 

Candidates who:

  • submitted the required documents,
  • meet language requirements, 
    take a subject-specific test via the Moodle platform.

The test is taken remotely within a set time. Candidates need a computer with internet, camera, microphone, and screen sharing - the session is recorded.

What does the exam look like?
  • The test is taken remotely, independently, within a specified time frame.
  • Candidates must use a computer with internet access, a working camera, microphone and screen sharing — the test session is recorded.
  • It includes multiple-choice and/or short open-ended questions.
  • The test is time-limited. The minimum passing score is 11 points (55%).
  • Failure to follow the rules will result in disqualification. 

    Candidates receive the instructions by email before the exam.
