What you will learn during the course
We will comprehensively prepare you for your studies in Poland – both linguistically and culturally. You will learn Polish at B2 level, which you will need for studying and for communicating in everyday life, take part in classes in specialist subjects, and get to know the history, culture, traditions, everyday customs, as well as the education system and the realities of life in Poland.
What does the course consist of?
The course consists of several thematic modules that help you develop a range of linguistic and cultural skills:
- general Polish,
- academic skills,
- specialist vocabulary,
- functional grammar,
- Polish culture and everyday life,
- as well as specialist modules preparing you for your studies: humanities, social sciences and engineering/technology.
After completing the course, you should:
- use Polish fluently and accurately in everyday life and in your studies,
- understand lectures and presentations,
- read popular science and academic texts with understanding,
- write correct texts,
- know basic specialist terminology in your field,
- have knowledge of Polish culture, history and social realities.
Learn effectively and in a modern way with experienced teachers
The course is taught by experienced Polish language teachers who will prepare you for your studies in Poland.
How do we teach?
- in pairs and in groups,
- through practical simulations and themed projects,
- using films, recordings and authentic materials, with a focus on real-life communication situations.
Specialist classes are delivered in the form of workshops – we work with real academic texts, industry case studies and professional audio-video recordings.
During the course:
- we regularly monitor your progress,
- you have the opportunity for individual consultations,
- you prepare for the exam using mock tests.
The course ends with an internal examination confirming your language competence.
Course structure
Deadline and duration
- Course start date: 01/10/2025
- Course duration: 01/10/2025 – 30/09/2026, with the option to take the exam in June 2026.
- Number of hours: 720
- Classes 5 times a week, on average 5 teaching hours per day (one teaching hour – 45 minutes)
Health insurance
Each course participant is required to have health insurance for the entire duration of the course.
Language proficiency level
- Language proficiency level required for admission to the course: not lower than A2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
- Language proficiency level at the end of the course after passing the exam: B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
Fees
- PLN 450 – non-refundable application fee payable upon registration
- PLN 10,150 – course fee payable in a single instalment after registration and once you have received confirmation of admission from us.
- You will receive the bank account number and all information about the course in the contract available in your admissions account.

Scheduling a meeting
We will schedule a language test to check your level of Polish (if you wish to study in Polish).
Language proficiency verification
If your language level turns out to be too low to start your studies, but you have at least A2, we will offer you a one-year preparatory course to help you get ready.
