Student Council
The Student Council is a representative body that looks after students’ interests both on and off campus. It works to improve the quality of studies by organising a variety of events and initiatives that bring the academic community together. Members of the Council cooperate with the university authorities, discussing current student matters and helping to resolve issues. They also delegate their representatives to the Senate as well as to scholarship and disciplinary committees.

Student Research Club “Security”
The Student Research Club was established in 2016 in connection with the Administration and Internal Security programmes at WSB Merito University in Opole. It brings together students interested in security and administration. The Club cooperates with institutions in the sector, making it possible to meet experts and specialists and to take part in study visits, which provide practical insight into issues related to the organisation of security.

Finance Students’ Research Club
For our students who wish to broaden their knowledge, we also offer a research club that brings together enthusiasts of finance, economics and accounting. At WSB Merito University in Opole, the Finance Students’ Club, led by Dr Rafał Parvi, is very active. As part of its activities, students have already had several opportunities to go on trips to the Warsaw Stock Exchange. This is not a place that is open to everyone, but at WSB Merito University in Opole nothing is impossible.

Engineering Students’ Research Club
The Engineering Students’ Research Club (KNI) was established in January 2018 under the supervision of Dr Anna Orzeł and Professor Paula Pypłacz, EngD. The Club’s aim is to promote knowledge in the field of engineering. Its members take part in conferences, seminars, professional study trips and workshops for schools. They develop engineering projects together with employers. Around 30 students of Engineering Logistics and Engineering Management are involved in the Club’s activities.

OnPoint Media & Communication
In May 2022, the OnPoint Media & Communication Student Research Club was established at WSB Merito University in Opole. The Club brings together ambitious students interested in marketing, communication and PR. Its activities include sharing experiences, organising events, workshops and conferences, as well as cooperating with universities, marketing agencies and companies. The aim is to develop students’ passions and expand their knowledge of marketing and communication.

Students’ Dietetics Research Club
The Club was established in March 2025 and brings together students interested in dietetics in the broad sense, as well as in promoting a healthy lifestyle. Despite its short history, it has already carried out several projects, including participation in the Knowledge and Passion Fair and a series of lectures on the role of diet in the functioning of the body, disease prevention and the principles of healthy eating. The members of the Club also develop their competences by taking part in meetings, training sessions and conferences, learning how to critically analyse scientific research and apply their knowledge in practice in their future work as dietitians.

Vocal and instrumental ensemble
The WSB Merito University in Opole vocal and instrumental ensemble, founded by Damian Kaźmierczak, lecturer and programme manager for Finance and Accounting, began its activity in November 2023. The group, which brings together both students and university staff, aims to build links between the academic communities of Opole and Wrocław. The ensemble combines a passion for music with a desire to get involved in important initiatives, such as charity concerts and social music videos. Its repertoire includes Christmas pieces as well as energetic songs with a powerful message.
