The Controller of Personal Data is WSB in Wrocław, at Fabryczna 29-31 (hereinafter referred to as WSB). Personal data shall be processed for enrollment purposes, to carry out the teaching process, and to monitor the professional career of our graduates, and also for marketing and advertising purposes. Such data may be disclosed to data recipients in the understanding of Article 7(6) of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, i.e. public bodies and entities in the business of higher education, and to public authorities and entities under the law. The provision of data results from the regulations of the Act – Law on Higher Education, and refusal to disclose such data shall effectively result in the inability to participate in the enrollment process. On the other hand, the provision of personal data which will be processed for marketing and advertising purposes is voluntary. The person has the right to access to personal data and the possibility to correct them at any time.
