While WSB Merito Universities do not operate their own dormitories, we collaborate with several trusted housing partners to provide our students with convenient and comfortable accommodation options throughout Warsaw. These dormitories are located in well-connected districts, including areas close to both of our campuses — in Targówek and Mokotów.

You are also free to organize accommodation independently by renting a room or apartment in a dormitory or private flat of your choice. In such cases, please contact the chosen housing provider directly.

Which area?

WSB Merito University in Warsaw operates in two campuses:

  • One is located on 25, Łabiszyńska Street in the Targówek district (north-east Warsaw)
  • The other is in the Tulipan House complex at Domaniewska str., 50 in Mokotów, one of the city’s most important business districts

About Targówek:

Targówek borders the historic district of Praga Północ and includes neighborhoods such as Targówek Mieszkaniowy, Bródno, Zacisze, and Elsnerów. It features a modern subway station in Targówek Mieszkaniowy, which connects you to the city center in just 18 minutes. This district is a great option for students looking for quieter areas and more affordable rent.

 

About Mokotów:

Mokotów is located on the left bank of the Vistula River and is considered one of Warsaw’s key business districts. It offers modern infrastructure, excellent public transport, green spaces, cafes, and restaurants. This area is ideal if you prefer a more dynamic and central location.

 

Where to Live?

You are welcome to look for housing options in either district.

  • Targówek might suit those who prefer a more residential setting and lower costs.
  • Mokotów is perfect for those looking to be closer to the city's vibrant business and lifestyle scene.

Hotels and hostels

If you haven't yet secured long-term accommodation, staying in a hotel or hostel can be a good short-term solution when you first arrive in Warsaw. It gives you time to explore the city and search for a more permanent place to live.

Hostels are a budget-friendly option, especially if you're comfortable with shared rooms. Prices typically range from 35 to 70 PLN per night for a bed in a shared dormitory. Many hostels also offer private rooms at a slightly higher rate.

Hotels provide more privacy and comfort. While hotels in the city center can be expensive, you can find more affordable options in other districts of Warsaw, starting from around 100 to 180 PLN per night, especially when booked in advance or during off-peak seasons.

 

Tips for Booking:

  • Always check the hostel or hotel’s reviews and ratings before booking.
  • We recommend choosing places with an average review score of 7.5 or higher.
  • Consider proximity to public transport and our university campuses in Targówek and Mokotów.
