Recrutment stages

Recruitment for the Erasmus+ programme usually takes place at the beginning of the summer semester (February) and applies for the entire following academic year.

Participation in the programme allows you to complete part of your studies abroad, develop your language skills and gain international academic and cultural experience.

Recruitment stages

The recruitment process consists of three main stages:

1. Completion of the application form: The form must be completed online. A link to the form will be available on the Extranet on the opening day of recruitment in a message sent to all students. This is the first and mandatory step of the recruitment process.

2. Language exam: This will take place approximately a week after the end of the first stage. The test will assess your English language skills at the required level. The exams will be available on two dates: one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

3. Interview: Interviews with the Admissions Committee will take place approximately one week after the end of the second stage. The Committee will assess the candidate's motivation, preparation and expectations regarding the programme. Interviews will be conducted remotely only.

The decision on awarding the scholarship will be made by the University Committee for International Cooperation appointed by the Rector.

What else should you know?

How to apply for an internship abroad under the Erasmus+ programme?

ALL STUDENTS INTERESTED IN AN INTERNSHIP UNDER THE ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME ARE WELCOME TO READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

  1. Recruitment is ongoing and continues until all places have been filled.
  2. You must INDEPENDENTLY contact the institution where you want to do your internship – within the EU.
  3. Internships may be compulsory or voluntary, but they must be related to your field of study.
  4. In order to take advantage of the opportunity to go on an internship, you must submit a complete set of documents to the International Cooperation Department, especially the ‘Learning Agreement for Traineeship’ form (completed and signed by both – the student and the company), and the application form together with confirmation of acceptance for the internship.
  5. You can go on an internship multiple times. Each student has 12 months per study cycle to use during their student career, including studies and internships in the case of bachelor's and master's degrees, and 24 months in the case of uniform master's degrees (see Travel Capital below).
  6. University graduates may also take advantage of the internship opportunity. These internships must take place within one year of graduation and must be applied for before graduation.
  7. Any student who meets the above requirements may participate, regardless of their year of study, mode of study or country of origin.
  8. The number of places is limited, so the sooner you submit your complete application, the greater your chance of receiving a place and a grant for the trip.
